So I'M going AM3 yeah yeah i know cool. IM excited. But i would like to know if the 955 can hit 4.0 to 4.5 with ease with the Megatron cooler and water?? Im also wondering i see the the memory slots are like the Intel memory slots concerning the layout. SO do u put the slots in both A1 and A2 or is it like intel where its A1 and B1?? Dual Channel memory

Judging by that, (yeah, your chip isn't listed) you can get into the high 3 GHz, possibly 4 range with a Phenom II chip. as for ram, Gigabyte boards use the same colored slots for dual channel.
