but it get a slighty higher pci clk 37.5 mhz is that a real big problem ?

Shouldn't be a big problem. If you notice hardware not working properly, then at least you will know what it is.

That is a little unstable to have the pci not locked, But as long as nothing corrupts, You will be fine.

Its kinda a shame that you couldnt lock it

I would definately downclock it while she is typing a huge paper so she doesnt lose everything.
