Considering your specific build, The following settings should work for your 4Ghz Goal, If this doesnt work, then I don't know what to tell you. BaseClock @ 200mhz CPU x20 @ 1.25v QPI x36 @ 1.4v Uncore x16 @ 1.45 RAM x8 @ 1.66v I hope that works for you

I believe uncore = qpi/vtt voltage.

Uncore=QPI VTT?
Not sure, but here's a pic to better understand the LGA 1366 X58 layout- [Memory frequency] = BCLK x [Memory multiplier]. xk1 [Uncore frequency] = BCLK x [Uncore multiplier]. xk2 [CPU frequency] = BCLK x [CPU multiplier]. xk3 [QPI frequency] = BCLK x [QPI multiplier]. xk4 ![]() Well if you don't see an uncore Voltage the here is more settings to try: Enable Load Line Calibration. Set the QPI PLL to 1.4 volts. IOH to 1.4v ICH I/O 1.66v ICH Core 1.26v I believe that the Frequency of the North Bridge built into the CPU is also called the Uncore Clock or UCLK. So I think that the IOH might be the uncore voltage.

My computer is now on 4Ghz and load stable for 20 min. I will run it more later when i go to sleep, hopefully running stable, but i wanted to say thanks to everyone who posted and special thanks to Robilar, Riley RR, and Powertrip for their input.
__________________I had a problem with the CPU Vcore voltage at 1.2500V as it allowed my system to boot up but gave me the error message when running prime 95 for two minutes so I tweaked it to 1.26250 V. Here are my settings: Baseclock at 200mhz X 20 CPU System Memory Multiplier- x8 Memory Frequency- 1600Mhz QPI Link Speed- x36 Uncore Frequency- x16 CPU VCORE- 1.26250V QPI/ Vtt Voltage- 1.395V IOH CORE- 1.40V DRAM Voltage- 1.66V

Your vtt and ioh voltages are both a bit high. You should be fine with 1.3vtt, and 1.25v ioh. ioh is not uncore voltage, it is the x58 voltage, vtt is the uncore voltage.
