Lol, are we just kinda posting suicide screenshots? It seems like what everyone is doing. I think I remember doing a SuperPI 1M@4.5 with like 1.22ish volts, but for any sorta stability I had to really up the volts (ie.1.32V)

The E8600 is really just an enthusiast chip. They are great chips for people with extreme cooling (ie.LN2), due to the 10x multi. I would never recommend buying one over the much cheaper E8400, E8500, which can OC the same as the E8600. The only other exception to this is if you can get a hold of the golden batch for the E8600 which is the Q822A435. These chips almost universally clock very high on low volts. Of course on a very rare ocassion you can find an E8400 or E8500 that can do this too, but with the Q822A435 it is almost guaranteed.

Hmmm, i guess so but i thought there might be a few more owners than this.

Weee I love my new e8600 that i have been playing around with past few days, unfortunately i cant get over 4ghz cos of this $u(d ram i had to downclock the setting to 667 which is the lowest for this mobo
My geil should be here tomorrow (the orange ones) although i shoulda ordered them blades so ill see what i can push this too on air when that arrives.
