Get to your BIOS and make sure that speedstep and C1E are disabled before continue. Then set your multiplier to 9 and FSB 445 (445 x 9 = 4000 MHz). After that you should set your CPU voltage up to 1.35V and reboot to desktop and do some stress-testing (linx, prime95, super_pi and/or benchmarks for a start). If it seems to be stable, you're done. You should lower NB and SB voltages (just heating your motherboard for nothing).
__________________My settings CPU voltage: 1.30V (4.2 GHz stable) FSB termination voltage: 1.30V NB voltage: 1.20V DRAM voltage: 2.00V Why you're even using so high NB and SB voltages? And by the way, fill in your system specs from user CP.
