hi did what was suggested my when vcore on 1.3625 it will get to win xp loading screen then resart this is how it is now

hi all ok i think im gunna leave 4ghz as i cant get it stable only if i use like 1.425 vcore so i am trying 3.83ghz i have everything on auto in bios memory all on auto for time being to see if i can get cpu stable now is this ok vcore or do i need more pitures attached and also whats the best mem strap 4 me to use

Just let your motherboard automatically choose the best FSB strap to NB, meaning that leave it on auto. At least set your CPU, NB -and DRAM voltage manually, others you can leave on auto. Search the best and lowest voltages.

i think you have taken the wrong approach. It isnt as simple as setting it to 4.0 and then figuring out the settings for it as you go, as i learned when i started. The best way to do it, in my opinion, is find out your max safe voltages for everything and set those voltages in bios along with the stock speeds. Keep your ram at stock and maybe loosen up the timings. Then just slowly increase your FSB and test it for a few minutes until you find its highest speed at stable. Then slow down your ram some more and keep pushing the FSB until you can get to an acceptable balance. Good luck
