too much vcore Come down to 1.37 or lower for 24/7 usage on a 45nm.
your ram might be holding you back on stability. you can probably go up a little on mch core as well, maybe closer to 1.4 Oh and according to your manufacturer you need 2.2v to run at 5-5-5-15 On your ram. So DRAM voltage change from 2.1 -> 2.2 Hope some of this helps you out.

You should start playing with MCH reference and VTT. Try lowering MCH reference to .74 .72 or even .70. Also try increasing VTT a few notches, one at a time then test for stability.
__________________To set MCH reference correctly, you first set VTT (CPU Termination) to 1.2V. Then you lower MCH reference to the desired level (let's say .72) then up the VTT to let's say 1.26V. You will see MCH reference will scale up with the changes you make to VTT. Don't worry, that's what is supposed to be.

Lower your processor's voltage down to 1.3625V and set memory timings to 5-5-5-18. FSB termination voltage up to 1.30V. Set your NB voltage to 1.20V and if needed, SB too. Leave your memory voltage to 2.10V.
