Yes, you can.
You need SetFSB, and the PLL number for the 1000HD
I was able to get my EeePC 900 to 1.2GHz, 100% stable, and it's got the same CPU.

The Celeron M is Dothan Pentium M with only 512k cache. It's the precursor to the Core line and is about as fast, clock for clock, as the original A64, or much faster clock for clock than a P4 or Atom.
