You haven't slept for a long time, its easy to overlook things at this moment.
I suggest sleeping a bit for now

thing is though I've been primarly using my 9800 GTX in the first place so I just gave my 4870x2 a shot. Also this tension is killing me right now because I really hope it's not the board.

it's freaking me out so bad that it could be my motherboard that I can't even sleep if I tried because I've heard that Foxconn has a TERRIBLE RMA process.

You should chill a little and try to give it some rest.

if it has a solution, thn why are you worried? and if it hasn't, then you coudn't do anything about ti, so why are you worried?

Just get some rest and probably after you could see things better and fix your PC. Just chill and be calm.

alright for some reason now that I got it up booted by sheer luck, I decided to restart and install the rest of my HDD's but since that failed I tried doing it again with only my primary and it failed once again.

Thing is now when it posts, it gives me the "94" code which for the Bloodrage means this apparently.

"94" enable L2 cache, program boot up speed, chipet final initialization, power management final initialization, clear screen & display summary table, program K6 compatible write allocation, program P6 class compatible write combining

it's stuck on the screen where the windows vista loading bar should be at but isn't and it doesn't leave this stage during boot processes.

Sorry for the delay, I was away for some time ^^Uu

then try to reinstall or fix the installation of vista and you should be done =)

It's a broken install or Vista? Unlikel, try to do it. Just to be safe RMA your Mmemory back to whoever made your memory. RMA your PSU, and RMA your MObo. If it turns out to be a broken vista install, still unlikely. But give it a shot, if it actually posts.

Is your HK3.0 touching any caps on the board,I have heard that depending on which way they are mounted on certain boards it can touch caps and cause problems
