GTL Ref and Dual core

Got my E6420 at 3.9Ghz and core 1 keeps failing Prime, i have settings in my BIOS to tune each core but i dont know which is which...

I assume i need to adjust GTL ref lane 2 for the second core on my chip as lanes 3 and 4 aint used because ive not got a quad?
