I see my LED display on the mobo says "FF" BTW, I get video on stock speeds, so I know no hardware is defective.

This is something like the problem I was having when I was trying to push my RAM a bit further. No video, constant restart, etc...
__________________For kicks, set your DRAM timings to Auto, and see what timings it sets your RAM to. If you manually set it to 8-8-8-24, it may be that it's just too tight - I.E. it's not even posting. (I'm assuming that by no video you mean you don't even see a POST screen). When I did that, it set my timings just a touch looser and everything booted fine. 9-9-9-24 I think is what it set to.

My video card works fine. If I turn all the BIOS to normal, then my comp works perfectly fine.
I will try the ram things now.
