When overclocking, many people recommends to disable the fan controller and have it work at full speed.

However, I did like the Q-Fan control so I can have it work silent (300 rpm) when browsing the web, email, etc. and have it automatically increase the speed when I use some cpu intensive application (folding)

I don't see any hostility. Or, are you kidding? I'm sorry, but I sometimes can't tell.

Anyway, those temps are absolutely fine and absolutely safe. But by "safe", I mean that if you run into any instability, then it shouldn't be due to heat!

Were you using the Small FFTs test again? The temps kinda look like it, but I still want to be sure.l

I recommend doing whatever you think is necessary. If you find that it's just pointless to have it enabled, then disable it. But if you find that it benefits you, then leave it enabled.

But concerning the BIOS fan control, I prefer to manually control my fans instead of relying upon the automatic setting. I mean, I just don't like the idea of trusting my motherboard with my overclock: I prefer to have control over all of it. So definitely do what feels best to you.
