So, I have overclocked my E5200 from 2.5ghz to 3.3ghz by changing the FSB to 266. I'm at 1.25v and it runs stable.
__________________On my Gigabyte EP43-UD3L, I had to turn the memory's "profile" to standard. It was set at Turbo before the overclock. I also had to set my memory's multiplier to 3.00A. When I tried to set it to 4.00A, I couldn't get it to boot. Sorry I can't get the actual divider ratios. I'm on linux at the moment. With the 3.00A divider, it still runs at 800mhz. About my memory. I'm using 4x 2GB G.Skill with a timing of 6-6-6-18. It is set at 2.000v and the package recommends ~2.000v-2.100v. It is rated to 1066mhz. I don't know why I can't get it to run at the listed speed. Any help?

First i'd try running the ram with 2.2v (should be able to handle that no problem).
Then i'd try a different combination of FSB / CPU multi / RAM multi. Try this for starters: FSB: 355 CPU Multi: 9.0/9.5 (gives you 3.2Ghz / 3.37Ghz on the CPU) RAM Multi: 3.00 DDR2 Voltage: 2.1v If that fails then i'd run Memtest to find out if the RAM is defective (RMA it then) G.Skill ram is binned very very tight so any instability in the RAM could make the kit not want to run at it's rated speed. *edit - Also, this should be in the Intel Memory Section.

Sorry about the wrong forum. I thought I was in the right one. Maybe a mod could kindly move it?
