Default upgrading opinions? (wanting 4ghz)e8400

next few days im getting, antec 900 two case, and mugen 2 fan is that like overkill to get 4ghz from e8400, and ram will be my viper ddr800 read it can do 900mhz 5-5-5-12?
the paste for mugen2 i read its better to spread than to line is that true?

two other questions, how much more would i benifit from ddr 1066 or ddr1200 ram, (board asus p5q pro turbo supports up to ddr 1300) or is it even worth the coin to upgrade the ram?

also i would like a different case but cooling is first priority, but not so sure i like the look of the antec case.

my store is www.canadacomputers.com newegg seems more expensive and also requires shipping where i can just go to canada computers...

set up will be
e8400 4ghz
patriot viper ddr800 at 900mhz 5-5-5-12? perhaps 5-5-5-15?18?
case? antec 900 two??
cpu cooling mugen 2

for ddr2-1200 is pretty expensive but definitely worth it probably can reach i dont even know how many mhz i fergot. fill my blanks in if you read this.

but anyways you could use a different pair of ram and have fun with those. everything else looks good. d3 could be a dx10 game or dx11 so save up later for sli or something.

you think about going ddr3 anytime soon or you gonna stick with this rig for a while?

im guessing since ddr2 800=400mhz each, ddr2 1066=533 each, ddr2 1200 would be 600mhz each.
but i havent a clue how i would set the ram up in the bios with a 9x450 or 445 for 4ghz?

nah im sitting with this for a while hopefully 2-3 years, i wont see ddr3 for quite a while unfortunately, kinda kicking myself i didnt get this board but is asrock anygood i know asus makes it but how cheaply made is it. ddr3 would have been sweet though

Asrock P45TS-R Socket 775 Intel P45 + ICH10R Chipset 2x DDR3 1066/800 2x DDR3 1333/1066 7.1CH HD Audio PCI Express 2.0 x16 6x SATA 3.0gb/s GigaLAN Support Up to 2000Mhz FSB

how would i set up the bios with the overclock and ddr1200 ram?
