Thanks for the tips guys! Will try loosening up the timings to 9-9-9-24 and see if that helps. Good luck to you vertigomhs, almost to the point where I am sick of seeing these damn BSODs. =/

Loose timings didn't help sadly. RAM is underclocked in the 1500s too. Oh well, seems like I have a poor OC'er on my hands. Strangely enough though it runs 3.90 without even breaking a sweat. Will have to settle for that now unless I can get my hands on another. Thanks for all the quick replies and help!
