Bump up your VRam/Vdimm.

1.8 isn't enough for that memory (OCZ is it?)
I had the same ram and the manufacturer recommends upto 2.2 volts.
Try making it 2.1 volts. Or 2.2

I'm pretty sure that'll do the trick.

After that back down the Vcore. Its a tad bit high.

It's not your ram it's the cpu. I just got rid of my e6550 because I had hit this same wall, the most I ever squeezed out of it was an unstable 420 fsb. Anything over that no boot. Worst buy I ever made I got a e6600 coming tommorow to replace it.

Let him try the Vram/Vdimm bump first.
That way he'll at least know its not his RAM stopping him.
Its more convenient than changing a cpu out.

If you do a quick google search you can find many people that hit that same wall I wish I had done more research before I rushed into buying it. There was a big batch of crappy e6550's apparently, I quickly found out why he was selling it so low at the time. I've had my ram in excess of 900mhz just to test it so I know its not my ram.

Take out that extra RAM.
Please read what I posted above about mismatching RAM.
set ram to 5-5-5-15 whiel using only the OCZ ram.
(dont change the timings other than that specified by OCZ)
If its 5-5-15 on the box then leave it that way (atl least for now)

Set Vram to 2.2 volts
and up the NB/MCH voltage also.

Leave vcore untouched.
If possible can you show all the settings in the BIOS?

Its hard to tell what voltages you've set right now.

Now it's probably failing because of the other stick of memory that is still in. Also note that 433mhz = 866mhz, so 66mhz over stock speed.

So ideally you want to test 5-5-5-18, 2.1v at 400mhz.

And I refuse to believe there is an FSB wall, and it's the board limiting you.
