I probably don't seem like the most reliable source...but really, with that memory you're reaching your upper limit for OC. OCZ tends towards the lower end of memory overclock (at least for DDR2 800). There are high-end DDR2 800 kits that are able to go well beyond where you are now, and closer to where you want to go, but most of them cost around the same (or more) as a DDR2 1066 kit.

Just as I was saying its the batch. I could never boot at anything past 435 but anything over 420 was unstable.

My FSB is at 460MHz witch makes it 3.22GHz (1.3500V) & its stable,but ill try to get to 3.4GHz+ if i can.
