grid I get great frames per second. Even while playing FSX I get decent frames. Its just when I am at lets say Las Angelas International Airport I get like 18 fps. Respectively. I am still able to taxi just not as fun because I can't look around. I played shift and I got good frames.. I fold and get decent ppd.

Well in that case it seems that this specific game loves to make your life a bit uncomfortable. Resource eater it is. Best bet add some ram for now cant hurt and if your budget allows for it :-)

Adding RAM and upgrading your GPU are what I would recommend. I would also recommend checking the game's forum. There is undoubtedly a guide for tweaking the game, as it is very demanding and rather popular. There could be all kinds of little issues from drivers down to system settings that could be effecting the game. Get a consensus from the players of the game and the manufacturer, then decide what you need to buy.
