Default Upgrading my computer

I'm thinking of getting rid of my Q6700 and replace it with a Q9550 or a Q9650. I may go with the Q9550 considering types of overclocks I can get out of it. I'm also planning on selling my 260GTX. What should I go with SLI 275GTX's? If anyone has any other Ideas please let me know. I'm a broke college student, so I can't afford to go with an I7 quad setup.

that doesn't sound like a smart idea if you're a broke college student. All that upgrade is so minimal i don't think you'd notice a difference.

Good news!

You don't need a d0 core i7 setup cos u know what at 4.0 Ghz even a brand spanking new Core i7 cpu will bottleneck your Sli configuration.

A 9550 is a wise choice for gaming if you can get high overclock ~3.8 Ghz and above. Spend money on a 2nd video or bigger monitor if you can rather than throwing your money at a Core i7 setup. You will notice more difference that way.
