Default Overclocking Q6700 with this PSU possible?

I was wondering does power supply play a big roll in overclocking? My friend is giving me his Q6700 I was wondering if its possible with my Power Supply. My goal 3.2ghz if not 3.0ghz is fine.

Thats the PSU I own.

Yes you can overclock on it just fine, although raidmax aren't usually very highly regarded around here due to possibly high failure rates and lower quality parts.

Try not to let newegg reviews fool you.
