Intel Q9550s Price Question

ok quick question,
I still think Q9550s (the "s" version) is overpriced despite new stepping and low 65w where as her sisters are all 95w. How much would you guy pay for it, new in box & used if you even consider buying one. I know some of you guy would prefer and recommend i7-920+ but what if those that does have the luxury to do full built. Q9550 $270 vs Q9550s $350. How much would you willing to pay for Q9550s NOT which would you choose. Ref: prices are based on Newegg quote.

Microcenter had a deal for the Q9550. I believe it was $170 or something awesome like that. To me, the S version isn't worth it because I have a great cooler and don't pay for electricity.
