At everything set on auto you couldn't get stable?
Is your Uncore at least twice the ram multi? That is all I can think of that it isn't stable at stock. You should have no problems with all that hardware you have. From what I have read you have a great board, good ram, and a killer chip so I'm not quite sure why you have to downclock at stock. I also see that by downclocking, you have upped the base clock value and lowered the multi. Not to be ignorant, but did you try setting manually the 133 base clock with stock x24 multi? I understand that your memory would be lower clocked, but you can always change the memory multi up a notch, just make sure to change the uncore multi as well.

+1.
With an expensive rig like the OP's I don't see why he should need to under clock if at stock speeds.

well everything at auto will not have stable ram cause the ram needs to be 800mhx or 1866mhz :P and tried evrything but this is the onnliest thing works uncore can;t be touched cause any change from auto to any iuncore would lead to no booting mobo.

check ur dimm voltage, its probably too low if left on auto
or you might have a bad stick of ram.

Any ram is going to go to stock at 1066 MHz on auto. This always happens and your motherboard might have a feature to turn on an extreme memory profile or something. For gigabyte boards is was called XMP or eXtreme Memory Profile. ASUS might have something similar to get the ram to run correctly, or you can manually set the timings, voltage, and speed to have it run correctly. Just change the memory multiplier to get the right speed at 933 MHz an equivalent 1866. Just change the uncore multi to be twice the memory multi!
