that GA-EP45-UD3P looks perfect.

I think I can splurge if it is worth it. Hopefully they stock it at frys.

Get the UD3-R over the UD3-P if you don't plan on using dual video cards. Might save u a bit

Also if you have the funds u can maybe try moving upto Core i7/i5.
Just a suggestion.

you should get a ep45-ud3p because it overclocks like a dream "i have a q9550 and a ep45-ud3p and i can overclock to 4.25ghz"
