Did a quick intel burn test and passed successfully 5 times on standard usage. Max temp hit 66c Idles at 32c

Yes, its fine to let it run P95 all night because it causes slightly lower temps than IBT.

May want to rephrase "slightly", for myself I get temps 10C+ hotter in linpack stress testers than P95. So you should be good, prime will probably have a hard time getting 60C max for yourself.

You should be able to lower your vcore down a notch or 2. I'm at 4.5ghz with 1.344

Seems totally stable. I can run crysis on very high with 16xQ Anti Aliasing and never dips below 42 fps and reaching as high as 100 fps.

You should use MAXIMUM for IBT and Small FFT for P95. Standard will pass most if not all overclocks.
Anyways, your Vcore is high as HELL! for 4.0GHz, with that said.. your overclock should be 100% stable .I would recommend lowering the vcore to 1.3/lower.
