Jose can you boot in to your BIOS ?
If you can make sure your video is set to PCIe and not PCI or on board

I have had the BIOS reset to PCI some times after clearing CMOS

I tried the removal of battery and it didn't work :-(

Regardless of voltages if his board doesn't POST, if he isn't getting any beep codes, if there is no display, and his drives and what not spin up, then only a few things could be bad.
