BSOD while overclocking Q9550 and CPU-Z not showing correct clock speed

New to Overclock.net

about 1.4 now. I tried testing last night, got excited when I came back to my computer noticing it was still logged in and then found out that prime95 just stopped responding >.>

CPU-Z is giving me E0 and my termination voltage is at 1.28. I don't think I'm really getting anywhere anymore. I get errors after about 30mins - 1 hour and still get blue screen. By the time I'm even close to stable my temperature will probably be too high :\

but this also means that it must be a problem related to the cpu right?
__________________is there anything I can do to prevent getting errors in prime95? I get an error after about 6 hours although my vcore is already way up to 1.35 - 1.4v

when I'm running prime95, cpu-z displays 1.36v and when it isn't running it is around 1.4v.
