Hey guys i just got a q9550 for my sig rig to replace my e8400. My question is i want to oc it to 4.0ghz but how do i test all four cores with orthos. I tried to run two windows of orthos but it only still stress just two.
can anyone help me? oh also i havent oced it yet when i stressed it it was all stock including energy saving stuff. Please help i wanna get this rig goin yesterday haha.

Try intelburntest or Prime95 and you should be good
If you really want to try with orthos download the latest version, which should support quads, or set the affinity in taskmanager for either instance.

I use use Prime95 with small fft it will stress all core by default.

Hi.
![]() This thread may prove useful. If you want to use Orthos you will have to make a copy of the original (and name them differntly, i.e. Orthos1 & Orthos2).
