Default is this ok for 24/7 oc?

these are the lowest volts (1.23) i could do for 4.0ghz. Is this an ok clock and voltage for a 24/7 oc or should i go lower and just use 4.0 for games?

Temps will kill the cpu faster than moderately high volts...see Almighty's vcore experiment.

As long as your temps are cool and it's been fully tested for stability, that voltage is A-Okay.

Edit: Sounds good. Nice oc by the way.
