Default Problem with EIST/C1E/Vdroop control

If I enable EIST my vcore under orthos is 1.328. While gaming it changes between 1.344 and 1.36 every second according to cpu-z. Idle is 1.2 with multi dropped to 6.

If I use C1E, its 1.344 under orthos and 1.36 gaming. Idle is 1.256 multi dropped to 6.

If I disable both, idle is 1.36 and load ( gaming or orthos ) is 1.344.

With Vdroop disabled with any of the above its a solid 1.344 under load. Whats with the weird difference in load voltages with eist, c1e, and both disabled. I want to disable Vdroop as it removes these issues, but I've read that this can damage the cpu. Wouldn't the varying voltage under load damage it more? I'm a bit confused!

Those are energy saving features. With those enabled your voltages will drop when idle. With its disabled you will still get some vdroop.

I know they drop when idle, thats not what I'm worried about. When under load the voltages vary with EIST and C1E. Under load with EIST the voltage is 1.328 in orthos, but 1.34-1.36 while gaming. Under load with c1e is a different story. This is with vdroop.

Am I making any sense? :x
