Chicken, the sticky says 80șC for B2 stepping, not 90șC. I assume that was a typo on the PDF and it actually meant B3. Since your TJ Max is set to 85șC you need a -5 offset. Seems like you need to reseat the heatsink as you're AT TJ Max.

EDIT: Photobucket is having a bad day and is showing an old version of the chart. I'm deleting it off now to make sure this doesn't happen again. It shows the right one on my computer but the wrong one on my roommates. Idk what's happening on photobucket's end.

Sorry about that I honestly don't know what photobucket was doing. I had updated that chart at least 5 times and the picture was titled something like blahblah..(5) and for some reason it was showing blahblah...(1).
Regardless of this though, you have Distance To TJ Max values of 7 7 5 4 which are really small (AKA temperatures are really high). The excess voltage is making your CPU run too hot and causing instabilities. Lowering vcore would definitly lower temperatures and may make it stable. Upping voltages too fast is not a good thing as you can miss the point where it is stable and not too hot.

TJ Max offset -5.. readings when IBT is 75-77..
I played around with voltages.. CPU voltage (same as vcore right) is at 1.85 right now.. anything lower will blue screen the system when running IBT.. also the VTT and NB is back to default (or close to it) and IBT lables my system unstable.. so guessing still too low? Also my heatsink was refitted like 2 weeks ago (had a feeling that the paste was getting old) with mx-2 compount And sorry for askin for rep.. that was stupid! I realize that now..

I really hope you aren't pumping 1.85volts through that B3 Q6600. You need to stay below 1.55v, or you are gonna risk ruining that chip. Hopefully it was just a typo. None of your volts are gonna need to be that high except maybe memory.
Didn't realize you have a B3 either, or I would have not recommended going over 3.0. Most of the B3's had a hard time reaching anything over 3.0. They are hot chips. Personally, I would back down 2.8 try to find that stable and then work your way up to 3.0. This way you find the sweet spot for that overclock and it is just minor adjustments to get to 3.0. Most likely Vcore. Back down your FSB to 2.8 and try to IBT again and see if it works. Those temps I consider too high. I would try and re seat your cooler if you want better temps, and or consider lapping the heatsink.

289x9 = 2.6GHz with CPU Voltage: 1.325
Idle: 30 Load 67-70 and dosnt bluescreen at IntelBurn Test.. but when I got to 2,8GHz I will need to raise Vcore to avoid bluescreen even thoug the temp is "only" 75 and yea.. ofc not vcore at 1.85.. I ment 1.385 - 1.400

Things to know (I am in list mode today for some reason)
1.) Q6600 B3's do not overclock that well and run very hot. You should be able to easily get 3.0ghz, but that may be it. 2.) That zalman needs to be either reseated (hopefully it's a bad seat) or you need a need CPU cooler if you want to overclock farther. 3.) Taking it slow with overclocking is the way to go and you cannot skip vcore options because it may be the perfect vcore for your speed (Vcore is extremely picky). 4.) The P35 boards aren't necessarily bad for overclocking, but are not very good either so 3.6ghz is the most you could probablly expect out of it even on water cooling. It sounds like you are doing fine so far. Remember try to keep voltages down as low as possible. If you need a little more vcore at 2.8ghz, then give it sparingly to get it stable, and then move onto the next speed and restabilize.

311x9=2,8Ghz
Vcore 1.375 VTT 1.35 NB 1.35 ITB Idle 35 ITB Load 76-78 (tj max 85 offset -5) Stable.. anything I should try lowering or raising? and is the temps acceptable?

The VTT might be able to come down, but you can leave it where it is right now. If the CPU really does need 1.375v in order to run 2.8ghz, then that is fine. When you say -5 offset from 85 do you mean that TJ Max is currently set to 80? I would check that because it should be +5 making it 90C. Your temps are high, but realize that as long as it isn't thermally throttling and is still passing tests, the temperatures are okay because you will never see temperatures like that in real world usage.
