New to Overclock.net

I'm thinking of over clocking my E4400, but I'm not sure how far I can take it without causing damage. I'm guessing that it will be limited (partially or completely) by my motherboard, as it is just an OEM.
__________________Has anyone OC'd this set up successfully? How far could you get it?

Take it to 2.4 and again to 2.6 to see if its gonna boot to windows if it does do a stress test while monitoring the temperature. I dont think you wil have any problems thats not pushing it too far

Took mine to 3.4 today. Got a Foxconn P43 mobo. You can probably take yours to 3.0 on stock cooling quite easily.
I increased Vcore to 1.35 btw (from the default 1.28). Trying to hit 1400 FSB right now, Im at 1320 atm.
