Default Desperately need to find a new CPU

I am currently stuck with an Intel Pentium 4 at 3.2. It is not overclocked at this time, but I've gotten it to 3.6.
This just isn't cutting it for me. Nor should I settle with it.
I would like help in finding the best deal for at the very least a socket 775 dual core between $50 - $75
