Default OCCT or IBT or Prime95

Which stresses better and takes less time to call the CPU stable?

I would say IBT. I never used OCCT but it's still linpack i guess. They are the same. Prime tests the longevity of the cpu's stability. Use IBT for quick stability tests and run Prime95 small fft over night about 8-10 hours to call it stable.

IBT OR linx make sure you set the memory to all 20 - 25 passes should be good.

I have never encountered where it would pass IBT for 2 hours but not pass Prime95 for 12 hours.

For that reason alone, I would say the IBT (OCCT's LINPACK IS THE SAME). I use OCCT's LINPACK to pass for stability. I have run it for 4 hours on my main rig, but I think anything over 2 hours is a bit overkill.

I use both LinX, a gui for linpack/IBT, and prime 95 on all settings, but instead of blend 8k-4096k.

For far longer than you would probably think is reasonable, so I am not even going to say how much you should do it, or why, or try to convince you otherwise. I will just say that very few people do stability testing of sufficient diversity, or to a great enough extent, that an Intel engineer would call it stable.
