Yes I am running 1.45vcore 24/7. 4.4ghz, temps do not exceed 80c. Can I sleep at night?

yup Im at the same. in the BIOS if its not red then you normally dont need to worry to much. especially if your under water. It depends who you ask some say dont go over the VID range some say stay under the red numbers in the BIOS

I ran my C2Q @ 1.4v for 6 months before selling it

Those temps are going to give your chip a premature death.

It will probably be safe for at least a year.

EDIT: Thought you said at 80 degrees. Yes, your chip will be fine.

it will shorten its life a bit but cpu's are designed too last 12+ years so shortening its life could still be 8-11 years down the road and most likely you will have upgraded or what not by then.

If all the other criteria is met, then it should be fine.
