Do you have a C0 stepping or E0? I had a C0 with a 750i FTW and I got 4.25GHz stable. Lemme see if I can find you my settings...

you should easily be able to get 4 stable. im running the same setup almost and i run at 4.05ghz at least at all times. maybe your chip just needs a little more juice. these boards have a pretty nice vdroop.

I'm unsure how important it is for a Dual, but for my Quad I had to have the GTL Reference Voltages played with a bit until I could pass everything. I then followed PizzaMan's guide to setting them correctly I was then able to go from 3.2GHz to 3.6GHz with a small Vcore and NB voltage change. I wouldn't be crazily worried about the 1.3625v Vcore limit as there is someone around here running 1.6v through a 45nm E6300 if I'm not mistaken.

Bit of advice, don't just increase the voltage recklessly because it'll make it 'work'. Do it in very small increments until you're able to pass. Also, with my Quad I'm able to hit 1800 QFSB with 1.3VTT. I would find it hard to believe that you'd need to go higher for a dual. Just my .

Also, forgot to mention, there is a pencil mod for this board for Vdrop/droop.

GTLVREF is UBER important on duals as well. I had to tweak GTLVREF for weeks on weeks to get my 4.25ghz overclock. Be patient and read these guides for help...

Take a read HERE and HERE. I'm also sure there are many guides out there... use google

Ya, vdrop is massive on these boards. You can either up the voltage a bit or do a pencil hard mod to compensate. I used the latter and my vdrop was very minimal afterward.
