Ok sooo i have been told that when i get my new rig in december that the ram of choice to go with the EP45-UD3P is this G-Skill. Now ive been doing some research from this:
__________________• The PC2-XXXX is designation denoting theoretical bandwidth in MB/s. Some memory manufactures use this instead of the DDR2-xxx designation. You can calculate it for any FSB you want by simply taking the FSB and multiplying by 16 (rounded in some cases). Example using a 400 MHz FSB: 400x16=6400. So you’d need at least PC2-6400 to run on a FSB of 400 MHz. (Toms Hardware.) And from what Im able to tell with the Pi ram which has timings of 5-5-5-15 and a bandwidth of 8500 then when i get my CPU to stick at 333 with a multiplier of 9, i shouldn't need to OC my ram right? Thanks!

Well i got my Q6600 at 3.6Ghz 400*9 and my read is @ 1066Mhz with CPU Strap 333Mhz. If i put CPU strap to 400Mhz i get 800Mhz.

walking that fine line...

no, you won't have to...you'll just have to play around with the RAM multi...I think for a 333FSB you'll need to use the 3.2 multi to give you 1066 MHz RAM, or lower if you want to underclock your RAM
