First off...Welcome to the forums...Go to the User CP area and fill in the rest of your specs so we know what we are working with...Also are you sure that the mobo you have supports HT...

It does Support HT according to the box on the back. It supports 64Bit CPU's which my CPU has. And the CPU on the Box says it does support HT.

ok as strider said fill ur specs in CP. if u r not sure about what you have or dont know what to find. download cpuZ or everest and get them details from there.
anyhow it amazes me that you only have a temperature increase of about 3°C from stock to load which is very good.

Here is a screenshot. It went from a Multicore CPU to a Unicore CPU after I did my HDD Cleaning which I wiped off everything (Fresh XP).

No 533MHz Prescotts supported Hyperthreading. Only 800MHz fsb processors supported this except for the anomaly 3.06 Northwood.

Also on some CPU's once you get past a certain point the system will automaticaly shut down HT when overclocking, my 2.4c did after 3.2ghz. Wouldnt even register in CPUZ. So try clocking your system back to stock for a bit and see what happens.
