Ok, so I just got my new Antec P150 case. I put everything in it, powered it up, and it said the "grub" couldn't load. So I tried resetting the BIOS, and the same thing happened. Then, this weird thing happened with the power button, it basicly just... restarts. I'm pretty sure it's the motherboard or the CPU, as I tried taking everything else out, and it does nothing. I'm thinking that there was some kind of surge in that "restart" thing and either my motherboard or CPU got fried in the process of it. What do you guys think? Is there any way I can test the motherboard or the CPU?

Try putting everything back into your old case and see if it work.

The case isn't the problem, it atleast posted the first few times I powered up, but something was wrong w/ the hard drive and I figured I would have to reformat, but that's beside the point.

what are your specs? (mobo, CPU, ram. HD etc....)

I have no idea.

Try resetting the CMOS and making sure that the Reset and Power buttons are wired up correctly.

I think I'm just gonna replace the mobo and cpu and go AMD.

I think he means to take ur mobo cpu etc. out of your case and put in on a table or something and try out your pc to see if it works
