Default My Cheap Conroe build.

Well, I went for it. On tuesday I ordered my e6300, a DS3, and 1gb of g.skill HZ. I have to say, I am very impressed!

Lets have a look at this baby at stock:

Then I started overclocking:

But it Kept going:

Now I am 3.2 Dual prime stable:

Needless to say, I am very impressed with the performance of this ram, chip and mobo.

My voltage settings are as followed:
Cpu: 1.325
Ram: +.04
FSB: +01
VMCH: +01

The ram has hit 1000mhz at 4-4-4-8 (haven't played with it much)

Oh and my bios is the F3.

*edit* I'd like to thank Zero hour and Slade surfer for the memory timing help.

PLEASE NOTE: to get into the extra ram options you must press ctrl + F1 on the main bios screen.

I'll be posting Other benches here too, including all the 3d marks, am3, pcmark. If you want to see any more benches give me a link.

Excellent results, and you haven't even pumped the voltage up yet! I am so excited to see what mine can do. I would like to see some AQ3 personally, and Super PI 32mb.

Depends on your motherboard mostly, because every motherboard maxes out in the same general FSB area.

BTW Inquis, the DS3 maxes at around 470-495, so pump that thing up

Possibly. The lower multi of the E6300 is really holding you back. On a E6400 you would be running 486*8 = 3.88ghz

What voltage are you talking about for your max? Vcore or what?

Well, on the ds3 you can up the FSB voltage as well as the vmch. I wonder if this would help my overclock.

Btw, I put up some Am3.

*Edit*
@ Slade surfer... I'm sorry. I feel a little bit bad for you. Overclocking power is comming back to us cheap skates.

Have you even hit a wall yet? I would up the FSB voltage 1 notch for starters. I also think Gigabyte has a Vendor Support section on XS.org where it may be good to ask about max for FSB Voltage, because to be honest I don't know what the MAX is...However upping is 1 or 2 notches shouldn't cause drastic temperature changes or anything like that, so keep upping that FSB, and when you hit a wall, take that FSB voltage up 1, maybe your Vdimm, I don't know what it's running right now.

If you hit a 500FSB with that, you are a God, so go for it!
