Nice to see results of the Conroe I'm planning on getting and the motherboard as well. Nice clocks.

And by the way, 4-4-4-12 timings @ 860Mhz is pretty good. I don't know the volts your pushing through them, but if your unhappy with them you can always push more volts their way and see if you can gettem down some.

On the real though, we need some benchies.

Yea, you're right... Well, not now anyway, I'm just going to up my FSB Voltage today and later tonight I'll overclock some more.

The only reason I'm taking this soo slowly is becuase I'm about 200% sure that the reason I had to RMA my memory & mobo was because I didn't have the voltage on my memory high enough, causing the board to do whatever it did in not allowing itself to power up because of the memory's lack of voltage. So, maybe I'll up the memory to 2.2v, I've got active cooling on my mem so I'm not worried about overheating.

Yea, I read that review/benchmark, I just can't find it anymore to see what the variables and things like that were. Possible link?

yea, I know. Hopefully I'll be able to hit 4GHz but I don't want to do it soo quickly.

Yea, I'm pretty happy with my memory.

As for benches, I don't have any pics other than Aquamark3, but... You guys can take my word for it right?

Set a goal for Super Pi....I always do that with my hardware when I get it. Aim for 20 secs or so.

Looks nice. Making me want mine more and more.

From what I have seen I believe that there are issues with ~3.0GHz and E6300. I'm not saying it can't be done, I'm saying that there are many out there experiencing issues of stability and board failures when they clock past 3.0GHz on the E6300. There seems to be chipset issues, FSB issues and stability errors. More overclockers here do not seem to test greatly for stability and then find issues on greater overclocks with Conroe. Time will show this out and I commend your cautious thinking. I think you are doing the smart thing by keeping the processor to 3.0GHz until these issues are further explored or debunked.

Exactly, right now, I'm waiting for more BIOS updates and more information on my DS3, I mean it's a great board but I'm not going to go through the RMA process if I can avoid it.

Memory is the biggest issue, I think I may be selling my memory and getting this patriot memory that boots at 1.8V and I believe there are a few cases were people have gotten DDR1000 @ 4-4-4-12 which is very good for Sub $200 memory. But the reason I want to get that memory isn't because of the timings or speed, it's because of the voltage. The reason I am so cautious about my memory is becuase I don't want to clear CMOS and have my memory voltage @ 1.8V when my memory is stable at 1.9V.

So I'm waiting for maybe... F6 bios revision. Seems like waiting would be the smartest thing to do. But as for right now the only change I will make is upping my FSB Voltage which I will do as soon as this is posted .

Thanks guys!!
