When I first started Overclocking awhile ago I was able to get my cpu from stock of 3.06GHz to 3.55GHz. But, after I upgraded my video card from a FX5200 to a 7600GT my overclock dropped down to were it is now (3.41GHz). I thought it was just my not so good psu. But, today I got my Sunbeam NUUO 550, and I still can't get past 3.41GHz.....

Are you locking your video bus speeds?

Have you tried putting the old gfx card back in to see if you can get back the higher OC? What happens with the new card? Instability?
