Default Cheap computer build

I need a build that is around $500-$700 CANADIAN that can multitask good and run games like F.E.A.R. and WC3 smoothly...AMD or Intel, it doesn't matter...I may or may not overclock it...This is just temporary because once I get my job I will be upgrading this alot.

I need for 500-700 bucks:
a cpu,
fan,
gpu,
motherboard,
dvd-rw,
psu,
ram,
hard drive (250gb is lowest)

Thanks,
Inthlon.

Um...I'm not really going to build a comp, but just throw out some info. For FEAR to run smoothly...you'll need at least a 7600 GS or X1600 GT. Benchmark

As for a CPU, in that price range, I would get a AMD 3X00 or Pentium D. Both can be found for under 100 USD. Any mobo, even used, would be fine if you're not OCing, so 50-75 USD. 1 gig of RAM can be found for 100 USD. A 250 HD will run about 70 USD. Last, PSU will be around 50 USD, and DVD is around 35 USD.

So you're looking at around at least 500 USD for a rig to run FEAR.
