Default *HELP!* System wont POST

Yesterday I got some new toys for my computer, a Lian-Li PC-V1200 and a Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro. So, I installed my system into the new case, and replaced the stock HSF with the Freezer 7. But, when I powered the system on, it did not POST! Power went to every component, the hard drives spun up, the CPU and GPU fans came on, etc, but I did not get any video, and the GPU fan did not slow down as it is supposed to soon after the computer turns on. I got no beep codes, even when I removed both RAM sticks.

Currently I have removed the motherboard and PSU from the case, and have tried them naked on my desk with only the video card and PSU connected, and still no luck PLEASE HELP!

Try taking out and reseating the CPU. From my experience a complete lack of beep codes signifies a CPU problem.

Just out of curiosity, did the diode for your monitor go from orange to green, or did it hang at Post 29?

I have. I have completely removed every single component in the system in reseated it, and still no luck. Also, I am 99.999% sure it is not a ESD problem, as I have NEVER had an ESD problem EVER while working in the room I was working in, and I have built many many computers in there.

EDIT: xavier111, no, the monitor light stayed orange. What is POST 29, BTW?

When a computer boots, it runs checks and is called to the POST as codes, which can be read as numbers, and from what you are explaining, how the diode stays orange, and the fan on your GFX card stays at POST run up. So what I am thinking is that it is not going from POST code 29 to POST code 2d. It is something with your GFX card, try everything again for it. Reseat, adjust BIOS, etc. Also on your mainboard, is there an auxillary power hook up for your PCI express, and no I am not talking about the one on the GFX card.

There is, is you are talking about the molex "EZ-PLUG" as they call it. I have removed the battery and set the jumper to clear the BIOS, so BIOS settings should not be the problem.
