Your motherboard might not be compatible with the program. Not all mobos work with it.

Dear Sir,
The Phase Lock Loop chip (PLL chip) is the device that assigns clock frequencies to your processor for bus speed and clock speed (bus x multiplier). To use a software overclocking application to increase the speed of your processor you must enter a PLL chip for the system to read and assign to clocks to. Not all PLL chips support clock speed modifications, if this is the case then increasing the clock speed of your processor is not a possibility with the chip installed. You can manually replace the PLL chip, but it requires a large amount of skill to work with the electronics and system configuration to install the hardware component and allow it to operate correctly. You can try a PLL chip that is close to the chip that is contained on your motherboard. I must warn you however that if you select the incorrect PLL chip and attempt to write a clock value to it you can permanently break the PLL chip. PLL chips (if broken via modification) are not part of a Warranty and therefore you must purchase another one yourself or purchase a different motherboard. Other overclocking applications to try include: SetFSB, SoftFSB, CPUFSB
