It will. It's a basic, no-nonsense and nice case.

3.0 should be possible on that board, although I've not seen an Core 2 Duo overclocked on the 945 chipset yet...
Regarding cooling, there are several good coolers. In this case, I do not recommend the Zalman 9500 since it relies heavily on a good 'front-to-back' airflow in the case. Since you have a side opening in that case, I think the ThermalTake Big Typhoon VX would be a could choice. If you can't find the VX version, a regular Big Typhoon with a Silverstone 110CFM or similar fan would do fine. This cooler would draw cool air in directly from outside, and should keep your CPU nice and cool. Also, the design of the BT gives some additional cooling to components around the CPU socket.

i dont understand tho u said the zalman 9500 doesnt run that well if u havent got 'front-to-back' air flow in the case? but the new case im getting has intake and outake fans, u even said ur self that it is a pretty good case for cooling? im confused =/

The zalman is fine, it's just that it performs best when you have a 120mm right in front of it and 120mm fan right behind it but even if you don't have this configuration the zalman is still a good HSF

The Zalman is ok.... but you have a case with a side intake, and in that case a BT is a better choice in my opinion to take advantage of that.
Your case is good for cooling, but that does not mean that every cooler will be fine. Some coolers work better in some cases, while others work better in other cases. The Coolermaster is a good case for cooling, and my opinion is it will work best with a cooler with a top - mounted fan like the Big Typhoon. My case has no side opening, and thus the Zalman works for me
