What ever happened to Intel's Water Cooling?

Awhile ago I remember a talk about Intel making a water cooling system that was suppose to be quite good, and really cheap ($50 as I recall). Whatever happened to this?

They thought up BTX instead, and then they figured out the the Conroe design would be better.

I think Intel's water cooling thing was just a side project. Never intended to be mass produced. However, in the last week, Intel has taken a step towards overclocking enthusiasts.
