drop the x1900xtx and go for the 320meg version of the 8800gts. Only about 30 bucks more and will rip that 1900 apart. Other than that everything looks good. Make sure you have 4-4-4-12 stock timings at least on the ram, and if your budget allows then go for some D9s. i like the e4300. looking to trade my e6400 for one of those.

Get a better PSU too. A $50 PSU will blow on you in no time.
