e4300 oc trouble
ok, i just got my parts today and set everything up and started some oc.
__________________problem 1: cant get stable at 3.15ghz. problem 2: set the vcore to 1.5v in bios and cpuz has 1.213 specs are in sig. any ideas? i flashed the rebels haven 119 bios. any ideas why the vcore drops so much?

the multiplier also drops to 6. sorry for the bump/
__________________hey is this normal?? i installed xp and flashed board to the 921 for rh and it didnt want to boot anymore. my question is. what is the function that makes this thing drop to 6 even on stock settings? any help is welcomed. i really hate to rma brand new things less than 24hrs since i got them.

its because of your cooling, my god man what was your temps, that cooling cant handle 1.5 vcore so your chip is trying to throttle itsself to keep it cool
GET SOME AFTER MARKET COOLING IF YOU WANT TO OVERCLOCK

on load i went to about 48. but the thing always throttle. even on stock speeds its always at 6. have a link to the bios you use?/ thanks
