I'm using "RightMark CPU Clock Utilty". It says my cpu usage is 20-25% with only a few things running. The windows task manager says I'm at 0-7%. I'm not sure how good this program is. Some times it will make my windows task manager cpu usage go up to 45% with nothing else running. When I close it out it goes idle, so I know it's the program.

NEver heard of that program... but i would *and do* trust the task manager over that program.
Also you should overclock through the BIOS, if you can that is.

Yeah, I think the task manager would be better. I can't find any freeware that has the tools I need. I'll check my bios.
