Hey Whe3ls, if you want to make your fans go at 1600 rpm like they should, then get some wallpaper of a tornado! Just click on this Google Search "tornado wallpaper", and get the wallpaper you like the best.
Once the wallpaper is put up, your fan speeds will be at maximum in no time. Trust me. But if there's any lightning with it, that could pose a problem. Although, with your fan speeds at full blast keeping things cool, you might get some seriously high overclocks with a good lightning strike to increase the voltage. |

To increase the fan speed you should go into your BIOS under PC Health or something similar and change the fan speed for CPU according to the temp like FULL ON @ >25C then it should usually be on at full speed of 1600RPM until CPU temperature drops below the 25C. Also use Core Temp for temperature monitoring it works better.
